There was no rock collapse at the No. 3 adit of JSC Bystrinskaya Mine in Kamchatka Oblast, where three people died on October 17. This was reported by the company's general director, Alexander Denebaev.

"There is no rock collapse. It is not yet known what happened and what caused the deaths," TASS reports.

Denevaev added that the investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.

At the same time, the region's Minister of Emergency Situations Sergei Lebedev previously reported that the miners died shortly after a rock collapse at the mine. An unconventional paramilitary mine rescue team with the appropriate equipment was then sent to the scene to conduct reconnaissance and extract the bodies.

Earlier, in the Belovsky Autonomous Okrug of Kuzbass, in a branch of the management company JSC Kuzbassrazrezugol, a landslide occurred, as a result of which two people were trapped under the rubble, one of whom was rescued.
