Volk claims fake video with her voice from Kursk region
The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk, stated that the video of detentions in the Kursk region that appeared on the Internet with her own audio commentary is fake.
As Volk wrote on his Telegram channel, a group of people involved in distributing drugs among soldiers was detained in this area.
"In fact, the fragment shown in the video shows the arrest of a murder suspect. This image was published by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kursk Region in 2019," Volk wrote.
She also reminded that the authenticity of the video footage can be confirmed by official sources in the Russian Interior Ministry. Non-existent data should raise suspicions.
Earlier, retired LPR Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko reported that Russian troops had begun an operation to encircle Kupyansk.
