Sobyanin: 200 school and kindergarten buildings are planned to be built by 2027
Over the next three years, 200 school buildings, kindergartens and other infrastructure will be built in Moscow. Sergei Sobyanin reported this on his Telegram channel.
"In the next three years, we plan to build 7.3 million square meters of housing, most of it under the renovation program," he wrote.
The Moscow mayor promised that improvement and creation of social infrastructure will occur simultaneously. Accordingly, in addition to schools and kindergartens, the agglomeration will have 36 cultural facilities, 31 medical facilities, 5 social support facilities, 31 cultural facilities, 36 sports facilities.
It was previously reported that almost nine hectares of land will be reorganized as part of the former Khapilovskaya industrial zone within the framework of two integrated territorial development (ITD) projects. Various real estate objects with an area of 93,400 m2 are planned to be built on four sites. All territories are landscaped and improved. A new road is also planned to be built.
Meanwhile, since the start of the reconstruction program, more than 61,000 families who lived in more than a thousand old houses have moved into new apartments. New buildings have been erected in all administrative districts of Moscow.
