Analysts have revealed in which areas of Voronezh housing has become cheaper

In the central district of Voronezh, apartments in new buildings became cheaper in September. In general, prices for new buildings in the regional capital of the Black Earth Region are growing. The average price per square meter in September was 121,822 rubles (3.05% higher than in August). This is reported by the portal domostroyrf.ru.

Over the month, the prices for new buildings in the Zheleznodorozhny district changed the most. Prices for apartments here increased by 10.18% compared to August. The final price was 119,817 rubles per square meter. And in the central region, on the contrary, real estate prices fell. The price decreased by 6,765 rubles. The average price per square meter here (-4.66% compared to August) is still higher than the price in the city as a whole and is 138,343 rubles.

"In both areas, the changes are related to developers revising their pricing policies," analysts note. "The dynamics in other parts of the city were insignificant and did not exceed 2% compared to last month's prices.

According to the study, the highest price in Voronezh is 151,398 rubles for a one-room apartment in the central district. The cheapest square meter of a two-room apartment in the Sovetsky district costs 91,274 rubles.
