Real castles are sold in the Yaroslavl region. One of the most beautiful, mysterious and expensive buildings in the region is located in the Nekrasovsky district in the village of Malye Soli on Nagornaya Street. The Gothic castle is located on the foundation of the former Church of St. George.

The local collective farm converted the unfinished building into a grain warehouse, then converted it into a department store and converted it into a cafe. In 1999 the building was sold to a private individual. The new owners converted the building into a residential building. The result is a two-story brick castle of the 18th century with a total area of 487.4 square meters and a plot of 45 acres. There is a guest house and a garage.
Inside you'll find a handcrafted fireplace, wine cellar, heated floors, an elevator shaft and two huge outdoor terraces.
They were asking about 60 million rubles for it after attempts to sell it since 2013. It was put up for auction several times and the price was reduced, but it is unknown whether he became the owner of the building.
The only thing we managed to find was an ad on Avito, which said that the first floor could be rented for a few days.
