What kind of advertising on a construction site will be free of fines
- Construction passport: an information stand in the company's corporate style (up to 9 m2), containing essential information about the construction site, the developer, the deadlines for completing the work, the person in charge, etc. No approval is required.
- Flagpoles with flags and objects with the developer's brand: maximum height 9 m, groups of 3-5 people. It is also possible to place several groups of flags, but they must be placed no further than 25 meters from each other. Approval is required as an information carrier.
- Signs or banners on frames: they may be placed in a continuous strip along the entire fence of the construction site, but their height may not be higher than the fence (2-2.2 m). It may contain images and information about the name of the future building, contact information for the sales department, developer logos and objects, prices and purchase conditions. If there is a pedestrian gallery in front of the fence, the information field may be placed above the upper edge, but at a height of 1.2 m. Approval is required.
- Light advertising on cranes: this can be the developer's logo, the name of the construction site or a phone number. This is a clearly visible and noticeable element. However, since the project is high-rise and the company requires the relevant documents, a very strict approach is needed when choosing an installer.
- Design of the sales department: external sign, corporate style – these elements can be agreed upon together with the project of the representative office itself before installation.
- Service signs and wayfinding: Small signs that help navigate the construction site not only provide information, but can also convey branding. No approval is required.
