"Apologized and compensated for moral damages." Tesla Burger owner on the conflict over pork in the burger

Last weekend, a Tyumen court sentenced a Tyumen resident to December 10 for throwing a tray at a Tesla Burger employee. The incident became known when a video was posted on social networks (SNS). The cause of the conflict was Tyumen residents' dissatisfaction with the addition of pork to hamburgers.

Tesla Burger CEO Vladislav Djurovic told 72.RU that his employees have no complaints about the detainee.

"According to the manager, as far as I understand, the man apologized to the employee and paid compensation for moral damages. I don't know the amount of compensation. The employee has no complaints against the guy," Vladislav Dzhurovich told a 72.RU correspondent.

Earlier, we wrote that Abdul A. was arrested on October 12 by decision of the Central District Court. The victim stated in court that she did not want the accused to be arrested and asked not to arrest him. However, the court sided with the prosecution, demanding that the man be sent to a pretrial detention center. According to the case data, Abdul A. was convicted of extortion in 2019.

A video of a conflict over a hamburger in a Panama mall was published online on October 11. Tesla Burger customers did not like the pork dish they were served. In response, he threw the tray at the cashier. The chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, became interested in the situation. That same day, investigators opened a criminal case on the fact of "acts of violence."
