A released pedophile-murderer who has been terrorizing residents of the Novosibirsk region has announced that he is moving to Omsk

Eventually, Sibiryak was reported to the police again, and locals are convinced that he has returned to his old habits. The ex-convict pleaded not guilty and said he would soon leave.

53-year-old Alexander Kuzhilov served 20 years in prison for the rape and murder of an 8-year-old girl. A little over a year ago, I returned home to the Chistoozerny District. Now local residents are worried about their daughter and do not know what to expect from their neighbors... On October 31, one of the local residents, a student at school, said that Kuzhilov crept up on her from behind and climbed on top of her. Through a hole in the fence.

"We were getting ready to go to the hospital for an appointment. She said, 'Mom, I can't go yet. I'm waiting for the police... Kuzilov followed me,'" said Natalia Semiletko, the girl's mother.

According to her mother, the girl was walking along the sidewalk near the school. As I was passing through the fence, I saw Kuzhilov. He came out of a crack in the fence and approached the girl. He started laughing... She got scared and ran into the yard to the people. He left.

Then the police arrived and took Kuzhilov away. He denied that it was him... but said that he had been mistaken for someone else. But the girl was sure that she had seen Kuzhilov a few hours earlier.

In a conversation with a REN TV correspondent, Kuzhilov said that he would soon leave for Omsk. Local residents asked if they were afraid that an "escalation" could begin there. He answered no.

"Kuzhilov was constantly going around children's educational institutions and was found near the second school. But there are two abandoned buildings there. What should we, parents, do? We have been living in fear for a year now. Now he is probably going through an autumn explosion... He has already started chasing one girl, then another," says Elena Khramova.

Local residents are under constant stress and fear for the lives of their children.

Earlier, Sib.fm reported that on the night of November 5, a strong wind will rise in Novosibirsk, reaching 20 meters per second.
