Hurricane wind in Tyumen demolished bus stops and felled trees — photo
A hurricane-force wind swept through Tyumen, knocking down trees, bus stops and road signs. Let us recall that several days ago forecasters warned of the cyclone "Lydia". Now city authorities have begun cleaning the streets after the bad weather.
— In some parts of the city, trees have fallen, and many branches have left the roads. Contractors have immediately begun work to restore order. Remove branches and clear roads and sidewalks with special equipment. Additionally, water is being pumped out.
However, the weather will most likely present a surprise to the villagers.
— On November 3, Tyumen is expecting cloudy weather with clear skies, mixed precipitation at night and in the morning. Wind gusts up to 16 m/sec. Temperature inversion. +3 at night and in the morning… +5. It will get colder in the evening. Ilya Vinshtein, author of the Tyumen Weather project, promises that the temperature will be 5 degrees above normal.
Let me remind you that experts previously said that the whole of November should be rich in precipitation. Over the next two weeks, only November 4 and 5 will be consistently dry, but the weather is expected to remain unstable on the remaining days until mid-month. What will this look like? Spoiler: dress warmly and do not put away winter clothes.
