Schools in Yaroslavl left without electronic diaries
Many schools in Yaroslavl cannot connect to the electronic diary system. This problem was voiced today, November 5, at a meeting held in the Yaroslavl mayor's office.
“This situation has developed throughout Russia, we cannot influence it separately,” said Deputy Mayor Elena Volkova.
