Краснокнижный амурский тигр появится в Воронежском зоопарке
An Amur tiger, which is not recommended for release into its natural habitat, has been transported to the Voronezh Zoo. Rosprirodnadzor employees in the central Chernobyl region reported an addition to the feline family and monitored the predator's movements.
The previous decision was made by a special commission taking into account the recommendations of the Russian Union of Zoos and Aquariums. The predators are currently in an enclosure with a separate box for sleeping, a feeder and a waterer. He is undergoing adaptation.
Let me remind you that in February, the Amur tigress Viola was transferred to the Voronezh Zoo. Her mate may be an as yet unnamed predator from the Khabarovsk Territory.
