The Telegram channel "ACT-54 Black" published a video of a Nissan Primera driver reversing on a Novosibirsk road at 5 a.m. local time.
As the channel's subscribers say, the man decided to take such a risk because he was in a hurry to get to Tolmachevo Airport.
Earlier, Sib.fm reported that in October, traffic was restricted in two districts of Novosibirsk.
