Since October 18, traffic has been blocked in the center of the Kuban capital. The restrictions are related to the All-Russian amateur art competition dedicated to the liberation of the Krasnodar Territory from the occupiers and the end of the Battle of the Caucasus. It will be held in the Krasnodar Philharmonic of the same name.
