In Dagestan, 20 people were injured and one person died as a result of a traffic accident involving a Gazelle near Kasavurt. This was reported by the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
"On October 17, 2024, at 13:36, a message was received via the 112 system that a traffic accident involving two vehicles had occurred near the village of Mutsalaul in the Khasavyurt district," the department reported.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that a Volkswagen Polo collided with a Gazelle. Five people in the car and 15 people in the minibus were injured. Among them were two children born in 2008 and 2009.
In the KBR, three people were killed in an accident involving a concrete mixer on the Kavkaz highway. The victims of the accident were a 38-year-old driver and two passengers, aged 35 and 23.
