Drivers will be informed about traffic violations by a red beacon
This signal informs the driver of the violation.
State Duma deputies from the LDPR, headed by the chairman of the social policy committee Yaroslav Nilov, are preparing a bill on immediate notification of drivers about violations of traffic rules (TRP) with a red signal, after the violation is recorded. The bill is already under consideration at RIA Novosti and amends the federal law "On highways and road activities in the Russian Federation."
According to the text of the bill, a red signal is given when a traffic violation is detected by special technical means operating in automatic mode. This innovation is aimed at ensuring that drivers are immediately informed of violations, rather than having to wait several days to receive a notification. The authors of the bill are confident that these reminders will encourage drivers to be more attentive on the road until the end of the trip.
The explanatory note to the bill emphasizes that speeding is one of the most common and dangerous violations of traffic rules. In this regard, the leadership of the LDPR representatives can become an important means of preventing this. Some systems today can warn about violations, especially about speeding, but not all cameras on the road are equipped with such functions. Yaroslav Nilov emphasized that such a practice should be widespread so that all drivers can promptly receive information about their violations.
