Trump, Harris Receive Three Votes Each at First Opening US Polling Station
Polls opened at 12:00 a.m. Six voters cast ballots at midnight, and the polls closed a few minutes later. Village residents voted in the first election since 1960. Joe Biden won the county in the most recent election in November 2020. Dixville Notch residents voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016.
The presidential election is November 5. Harris and Trump are on the ballot. 78 million people have already voted early in the election. There are 168 million registered voters. The most active states are Texas, Florida, California, North Carolina and Georgia.
