In Kirov, the roof immediately began to leak after a recent major overhaul costing 7 million rubles
The ONF reported that residents of house No. 78 on Oktyabrsky Prospekt are suffering from water leaks in the recently built roof. Residents of Kirov even believe that it was better before the renovation.
Last year, 7 million rubles were spent on roof inspection. The leak started almost immediately. We filed a complaint with the housing inspectorate. They found rotting structures, installation errors of fences and other problems. The FKR was supposed to eliminate the violations, but only some were corrected. Ten apartments were damaged by the flood.
For each complaint, the Capital Repairs Fund says the problems have been fixed. Residents have sent five letters to the FCR and contacted the Ministry of Energy and Housing, the Ministry of Public Works, and the Ministry of State Housing and Property. Nothing has helped.
After the publication, the head of the Capital Repairs Fund, Lavrenty Sitnikov, promised to record complaints by October 27. This will solve your problem.
