The regional Ministry of Construction presented the best concept for the future congress hall in Kirov
The department reported that the all-Russian competition for the development of the concept of the facility has ended. As reported, the participants proposed architectural and urban planning options for a congress hall with a capacity of 2,000 people. It is planned to build an exhibition hall and a public space. The planned location for the creation is the territory of the former KVATU.
The regional Ministry of Construction summed up the results of the competition and recognized the work of architect Maxim Garipov from Chelyabinsk as the best. They say that they worked on the concept for about 3 months. The Vyatka River and its bends became a source of inspiration for the authors of the project. The Ministry of Construction published several images visualizing the future building of the National Assembly.
