A new acting military commissar has been appointed in Kaliningrad. The committee was headed by Alexander Shibkov, according to information provided to Klops by the city administration.
Lieutenant Colonel Shibkov told the Klops correspondent that he has been serving in the military registration and enlistment office system since 1994 (with a break to study at the Frunze Military Academy). He worked at the institution on Sovetsky Prospekt for 11 years. Previously he was the head of the mobilization department.
