Woman's body covered, driver interrogated: photo from scene of tragedy in Samara region
Today, October 17, another woman died in the Samara region after being hit by a car. The social network reported that the driver did not notice the pedestrian.
The Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Samara Region reported that at 8:00 p.m. in Tolyatti, a 22-year-old driver was driving a Toyota in the area of house No. 15 on Frunze Street. A female pedestrian was hit while crossing the road at a regulated pedestrian crossing.
- The woman died on the spot. The driver who caused the collision with the pedestrian is now giving explanations to the police, the Samara Regional State Traffic Inspectorate reported.
According to unofficial information, the woman was crossing the street on a red light. She was about 45 years old.
Earlier it was reported that a pensioner from the Avtozavodsky district of Tolyatti died under the wheels of a Gazelle.
