Sovcombank received the status of a key partner of the Skolkovo Foundation
In this capacity, the bank plans to invest more than 650 million rubles in joint projects with Skolkovo over the next five years. The agreement was signed at the FINOPOLIS 2024 forum of innovative financial technologies.
Sovcombank has been an official partner of the Skolkovo Foundation since 2021. During this period, several projects were implemented through joint efforts, including three competitive programs for the formation of technical expertise in the form of hackathons for students and experienced developers.
Since 2022, Sovcombank and Skolkovo have been developing a major joint initiative, Technologies for Good, a federal charity project. This is a digital products market, the purpose of which is to maintain sustainability by organizing systematic support for NPOs in the digitalization of their activities and organizational development. sector.
Skolkovo acts as a strategic partner of the project and attracts resources of resident startups to develop specialized digital products and services for non-profit organizations and charitable foundations. To date, 33 partners are already involved in the project, including Skolkovo residents. As part of the Technologies for Good project, a competition of IT solutions for NPOs was held and five key studies of the non-profit sector were conducted to ensure the sustainability of the project.
A significant part of the joint initiatives of the Bank and the Fund in the future will be aimed at developing “technology for good” projects. The key event at the end of 2024 will be a conference of the same name, uniting business, government and NGOs to address strategic issues in the non-profit sector.
