Gamification of work processes will combat employee burnout

At the FINOPOLIS 2024 forum, VTB shared its developments in the field of HR policy. The bank has developed an internal platform that allows employees to use game mechanics to solve real business problems. The new model helps prevent employee burnout.

The dedicated digital platform is based on monitoring employee behavioral characteristics related to key business tasks. Using visual elements and game mechanics, the system allows participants to display the results of their work, form assessments, plan cooperation strategies, and much more. These activities help focus on the most pressing and priority tasks. At present, the program is already actively used by more than 15,000 retail bank employees.

"VTB Universe" is the bank's own development, part of the "Virtual Assistants" ecosystem for employees. Dozens of digital services will help you identify the potential of your employees and areas for growth. This platform not only helps you make complex decisions, but also automates routine tasks, increasing the efficiency of the entire bank.
