A fire broke out in the basement of the Metropol Hotel in the center of the capital
A ventilation duct caught fire in a hotel located on Teatralny Proezd in Moscow. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
For safety reasons, visitors were evacuated from the hotel. After some time, the fire went out on an area of 0.5 square meters. Twenty-two department employees participated in extinguishing the fire.
As RIA Novosti reports, citing emergency services, the fire broke out in the basement of the Metropol Hotel.
On October 17, a fire broke out in a shopping center in Korolev, Moscow Region. Firefighters and rescuers arrived at the scene and managed to extinguish the fire, which covered an area of about 50 square meters.
Earlier, three private houses caught fire in the village of Anapa Supsek on an area of 1000 m2. After some time, firefighters managed to extinguish the fire. At that time, there were no victims.
