Apartment sales increased in Novosibirsk in September 2024
As reported to RBC-Novosibirsk in connection with "One Company", apartment sales by the end of September 2024 reached 824 million rubles, which is 34% more than in 2023.
As noted by Development Director Alexey Serzhanov, the sharp decline in volumes in September and August is explained by the fact that in one of the projects under construction last month an investor bought two floors of apartments at once.
