Three people died after a mine collapse in Kamchatka
PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY, October 17, FederalPress. Three people died as a result of a rock fall at the Kamchatka mine. This was reported by the Kamchatka Territory Emergencies Ministry.
A paramilitary mine rescue team, not consisting of employees, was called to the scene of the emergency. The bodies of three victims are being extracted from under the mine rubble and brought to the surface.
The department added that the situation is under control at the crisis management center.
Let us recall that in March 2024, a landslide occurred at a mine in Primorye. It is reported that 13 miners died there.
