Russians over 80 years old
Each pensioner's insured pension includes a fixed payment. In 2024, it will be 8,134.88 rubles. This amount doubles when you turn 80. Then the pensioner will start receiving 16,268.66 rubles. No application or documentation is required. Your payment will be automatically increased.
People who have recently quit their jobs
When a working pensioner leaves work, he begins to receive benefits taking into account all the missed indicators. A day after the end of the employment contract, the employer transfers information about this to the Financial Exchange. If you make a decision in the fund, in a month you can see an unusually large pension in your account.
Civilian aircraft crews are also not left without reinforcements. In this category, experience is important. If a man has not worked in this industry for 25 years, and a woman has not worked in this industry for 20 years, forget about additional pay. There is only one exception. If a person is forced to leave service for health reasons, the required service period is reduced to five years.
To receive the payment, you must submit an application and attach documents on the period of work, including information on the time transferred to the social fund. You must also provide information on your average monthly earnings for the last two years of work or for 60 consecutive months during a certain period of work.
From November 1, 2024, pensions for workers in the coal industry will be recalculated. To achieve this, as in previous categories, men must have at least 25 years of work experience, and women at least 20 years of experience. If you have to stop working for health reasons, the period is reduced to five years.
To receive a recalculation, you must submit an application to the Social Fund. You must provide information on the length of service that gives the right to a pension supplement, the average monthly salary for the last two years of service or for 60 consecutive months of a specific service.
A special formula is used to calculate benefits for flight attendants and coal industry workers. More detailed information on how the calculation is made can be found on the Social Fund website. For both categories, if you apply between July 1 and September 30, you will receive the supplement on November 1.
In addition, pensions for working and non-working pensioners will be indexed in January 2025. Previously, people who decided not to retire were left without an increase.
