JSC Gazprom Gas Distribution Kirov informs about the holding of tenders
The company Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie Kirov is holding a public auction for the sale of 100% of the shares of the authorized capital of OOO Gazenergoset Kirov and real estate complexes owned by OOO Gazprom Szhizhenny Gaz and located in the territory of the Kirov Region and the Republic of Mari El, subject to the transfer of the intra-group debt of OOO Gazenergoset Kirov to the buyer.
The price of the lot includes:
- Ready-made business for the supply of liquefied gas - OOO Gazenergoset Kirov (legal address: Kirov, Tekhnicheskaya St., 13/1),
— 318 movable and immovable property of Gazprom Liquefied Gas LLC:
The deadline for submitting applications is October 30, 2024. The auction will take place on November 1, 2024.
