Dog breeder punished in Sovietsky district whose Rottweiler bit two children at once
In the Kirov region, a court has issued a ruling on a case in which children suffered from aggressive animals. The district prosecutor's office provided details of the investigation.
At the end of March 2024, a dog attacked a brother and sister in Sovetsk. A 10-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl were helpless in a fight with a large Rottweiler, which the owner let out for an unsupervised walk.
The prosecutors became interested in this case. In order to protect the rights of the child, the district prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with the court demanding compensation for the child's suffering. The court found the petition legal and ordered the man to pay 27 thousand rubles for his family.
