Emotional factors are now becoming more important. For example, features such as the number of bathrooms or the total square footage of the house are not important for the aesthetics of the house. Research shows that when buyers have to choose between the presence of a fitness club in the residential complex and the original architectural style of the building, most will choose the latter.
