Former Deputy Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Alexander Mazharov, elected as a deputy of the Tyumen Regional Duma, has officially taken office. In addition, he holds a position in the Committee on Social Policy and attends meetings of regional councils, a URA.RU correspondent reports.

URA.RU learned from the regional Duma that Dmitry Plotnikov, elected from the Nadym region, refused a similar position and became a simple deputy. Earlier, URA.RU reported that Alexander Mazharov was recommended for a position in the Tyumen Regional Duma committee.
