Kirov residents will be transported by bus by a kindergarten teacher, a firefighter and a designer
The city authorities note that interest in bus and trolleybus drivers is growing among Kirov residents. The mayor's office told how employees of JSC "ATP" are trained.
The airline stated that future drivers undergo 220 hours of training before their first flight. Holders of Category D licenses take an exam. The training period is fully paid. The new colleagues were trained by Olga Tyuftina, a bus driver with over 10 years of experience.
First, drive around the vehicle so that the driver can feel the size of the bus or trolleybus. This is the most difficult part. Then we go to the city, study the route and learn to brake correctly and smoothly and approach stops so that passengers do not experience any discomfort during the trip," the mentor said.
In October, ATP reported that such internships are being conducted by people who have changed jobs. Soon, a former firefighter, a driver, and a kindergarten teacher will be providing services to residents of Kirov. One future bus driver came to his wife's hometown from St. Petersburg, where he previously worked as a designer.
