Yaroslavl resident was not allowed to leave Russia because of the plane he bought
A resident of Yaroslavl, who bought a Yak-12 plane from a friend in installments, was left "in flight". The man was unable to pay the full price, and the seller demanded that the plane be returned. I even had to go to court.
"The restrictions temporarily restricted the debtor's travel outside the Russian Federation and a decision was made to collect the enforcement fee," the federal bailiff for the Yaroslavl region reported.
