Bailiffs raid alimony defaulters in two districts of Kuban
In two populated areas of the region, bailiffs checked the addresses of alimony defaulters.
The officers of the bailiffs' department of Shcherbinovsky and Starominsky districts conducted raids aimed at restoring the rights of children. They went to the address of the alimony defaulter.
During the raids, bailiffs informed residents that debt accumulation was unacceptable and explained the legal consequences of ignoring parental responsibilities. As a result of the work, seven administrative protocols on non-payment of alimony were drawn up, which were reviewed by justices of the peace.
Tens of hours of forced labor is the first punishment for debtors. If they continue to fail to fulfill their parental responsibilities, the defaulter, who has already received an administrative penalty, will be held criminally liable by bailiffs.
In addition, the following measures are applied to alimony debtors: restriction of the right to leave the Russian Federation, temporary restriction of the use of driver's licenses, confiscation of bank accounts, etc., the local press service reports. This was reported by the FSSP department.
