Siluanov confirmed new rules for foreign businesses leaving Russia
RIA Novosti reported: "From 15% to 25% immediately, 5% per year and 5% next year. The discount for foreigners increases from 50% to 60%."
Currently, investors from unfriendly countries can leave the Russian market by selling their assets at a discount of at least 50% and contributing to the Russian budget an amount equal to 15% of the market value of the assets.
