PJSC Bank Uralsib resumed accepting applications for family mortgages
Uralsib Bank has resumed issuing loans under the preferential mortgage lending program for families with children. Families with children born after January 1, 2018, two or more children under 18, and those raising a disabled child are eligible to receive a loan under this program.
The maximum loan amount for Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region is 12 million rubles, for other regions - 6 million rubles. The loan term is up to 30 years. The total cost of the loan ranges from 6.199% to 12.634% per annum depending on the parameters of the approved loan. Requirements for the borrower: a citizen of the Russian Federation from 21 to 70 years old at the end of the loan term, the last work experience is at least 3 months.
