The sports and recreation complex in Alekseevsky district is 55% ready
The readiness of the sports and sports complex "Stalnoy" at the address: Pavla Korchagina Street, Building 7 is estimated at 55%. This was reported by the capital's mayor and the government portal.
At the same time, the interior decoration of the building is 45% complete, the drainage system is 50% complete, and the utility networks are 98%.
"The roof and monolithic works on the site are fully completed. Currently, work continues on installing the facade, terracotta paneling and stained glass, the stained glass work is 90%-40% complete," said Rafik Zagrutdinov, head of the Moscow Construction Department.
The total area of the building is about 8,000 m2. It is planned to build a 10-lane pool, 50 meters long and 25 meters wide. Experts plan to launch a professional timing system that will automatically calculate the results and display them on the board after the task is completed.
There is also a children's pool 10 meters long and 6 meters wide. A separate area is equipped with exercise machines for all muscle groups. A sauna, shower, toilet and recreation area appear on an area of 50 square meters.
Earlier, the Moscow Fund for Support of Industry and Entrepreneurship provided investors with preferential loans for the construction of sports facilities. Thus, it is planned to attract more than 180 million rubles by opening the sports complex in Olonetsky Proezd. The complex has an ice rink, a football field, four indoor tennis courts and one outdoor court.
