The second case of the founder of the RDC Kapustin will begin on October 28

The 2nd Western District Military Court has opened a criminal case against members of the Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC), a terrorist organization banned in Russia and recognized as such, and four others. Start reviewing. TASS reports this.

In addition to Kapustin, the defendants in the criminal case are Kirill Kanakhin, Alexander Galanov, Alexey Ogurtsov (all included in the list of extremists and terrorists of the Russian Federation) and Anton Zyryanov. It has been confirmed that they are outside of Russia and are participating in combat operations on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

Earlier it was reported that Kapustin was sentenced to another life sentence. He faces five more charges, including incitement to terrorism, acquiring weapons, terrorist attacks, robberies and smuggling, as well as charges of illegally obtaining weapons, forming an armed group, illegally crossing the Russian border and making explosives.
