In Novosibirsk, the deadlines for the commissioning of four polyclinics have been postponed

In Novosibirsk, the deadlines for commissioning four of the seven clinics being built under a public-private partnership agreement have been changed again.

The new deadline assumes that the facility will be commissioned in 2025. This was reported by TASS with reference to data from the VIS group of companies, which is implementing the project through the Seventh Concession Company LLC.

The clinic was originally scheduled to open by August 2022. However, construction on the first three sites only began in October 2021. NSO Health attributed the delay to the lengthy design process, while the contractor cited the impact of sanctions, the pandemic, and shortcomings in the work of municipal corporations. The deadline was then pushed back to the end of 2024. We currently have permits for two dispensaries and expect to receive another permit in the near future.

The remaining four sites are 20 to 70 percent complete for construction, with a completion date agreed upon with local health departments in 2025, the company said.

Currently, metal cassette facades and elevator shafts are being installed in buildings 13 and 18 of the polyclinic, frame concrete construction is underway in polyclinic 16, and roofing and internal heating and drainage systems are being installed in polyclinic 22. Installed.
