Air raid alert declared in Sevastopol

Sevastopol, October 17, 2024, 15:19 — IA Regnum. An air raid alert has been declared in Sevastopol. This was reported on October 17 by the city's governor, Mikhail Razvozhaev.

"Everyone, attention! Air raid siren!" he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Accordingly, city residents were advised to close windows and not approach them, evacuate to a room with a load-bearing wall away from the window and, if you know where the shelter is, go inside.

As reported by the Regnum agency, on September 27, two Ukrainian special services officers were detained in Crimea, who were collecting data on Russian military facilities, including the defense systems of the Crimean Bridge. One of them transmitted to the enemy the coordinates of air defense facilities in Kerch, information on the movement of Russian military equipment and information on defense industry facilities in this area.

The second collected information in Sevastopol about the location of Russian soldiers and equipment and transmitted it to Kyiv. The enemy used the information transmitted by the prisoners to launch an attack.
