Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris has assured that if elected, she will not follow in the footsteps of current US leader Joe Biden. She told Fox News:
"My presidency will not take over the process of electing Joe Biden's presidency. "Like other presidents beginning their terms, I will bring with me my life, professional experience and new ideas," Harris said.
The Democratic candidate also noted that, unlike Biden, most of his career "was not spent in Washington." The politician also called himself "a representative of a new generation of leaders."
