Russian Interior Ministry: Kyiv openly recruits mercenaries for terrorist organizations

"The Kiev Nazi regime, which has usurped power in Ukraine, does not hide its ties with international terrorist organizations, openly recruits mercenaries and uses terrorist methods in its activities," says Zubov's report, published on the department's website.

He did not rule out that the Ukrainian authorities transferred weapons, including portable anti-aircraft missile systems, to terrorist international organizations. There is also information that the Ukrainian special services supervise various call centers that daily send out false messages about mining of Russian utility companies and implement fraudulent schemes to steal money from bank accounts.

As reported by the Regnum agency, on September 14, the Turkish newspaper Aydinlik reported that there is evidence of Kyiv's connection with the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham group (a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation). The meeting of Ukrainian envoys with members of this organization was filmed on video.

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that she was not surprised by this information. She noted that contacts between terrorists and the Kyiv regime have been known for a long time.

On September 16, it was reported that the Ukrainian authorities had handed over a drone to Hayat Tahrir al-Sham in exchange for sending militants. Kyiv called on experienced fighters to participate in combat operations on the side of the Ukrainian army.
