Zelensky's adviser calls for transferring military operations to Russia
Adviser to the Ukrainian President Mykhailo Podolyak called on Europe to transfer long-range missiles to Kyiv in order to transfer military action to Russian territory. He said this in an interview with Welt:
According to him, "air strikes on Russian territory are very important."
Podolyak noted the importance of strikes on targets in Russia in order to turn the tide of the conflict.
On October 2, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry announced that Kyiv would increase production of drones and ballistic missiles. Ukraine plans to increase funding in 2025 as well.
In late September, Andriy Yermak called on the West to speed up arms deliveries. According to him, the country has managed to increase weapons production sixfold. But Ukraine lacks the resources and technology to produce everything it needs, Yermak noted.
