Owners of old garages were given a last chance and warned - it is better not to leave cars
The authorities of Syzran have postponed the demolition of unauthorized garages. We are talking about several metal structures located in the public area of houses No. 1 and 2 on Nevskaya Street.
Let me remind you that the authorities of Sijra wanted to dismantle the structure on October 14. However, today the Construction Committee of the Syzran administration announced a new date for the work: November 8.
- The person who created the metal object has not been identified. The unidentified owner of the metal object is asked to voluntarily vacate the unoccupied public property area by November 8, 2024. Vehicle owners are asked not to park their vehicles on driveways near metal objects and metal objects in the above-mentioned places to avoid damage to their vehicles. KS&A experts warned that once the owner of the unauthorized metal garage is identified, he will be charged for demolition costs.
The authorities of Syzry also reminded that Article 7.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation provides for administrative liability for unauthorized occupation or use of land without registration of documents of ownership of the land.
