Students of the reorganized school cannot participate in school Olympiads
Students from schools affected by the reorganization were unable to register for the Olympiad due to the use of the Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) to search for educational institutions. And if a shadow opportunity to enroll in School No. 42 appears, then students from other liquidated schools will be included in the future educational complexes "Leader", "Vector" and "NP". Gusev is deprived of this opportunity, which is a violation of his right to access education.
The schoolchild's parents turned to the Children's Rights Commissioner for help.
- The identified problems and risks indicate gaps in the ongoing education reforms. Mikhail Krupin stated that the Ministry of Education of the Yaroslavl Region should take additional measures to protect the rights and legitimate interests of students.
