In the Chelyabinsk region, local residents were horrified to see blood stains on the ceiling, the local search and rescue team reported.
The incident occurred in the village of Lokomotivny. The residents of the first floor drew attention to this situation. It was assumed that the problem was in the house of a neighbor on the second floor, but the investigation showed that the cause of the stain was on the third floor, where the man lived in 1970.
"Neighbors, concerned about his fate, called the police, rescuers arrived and opened the front door," the publication reports.
Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene and inspected the building. In one room, they found a man who was no longer breathing. According to preliminary information, the Russian had suffered serious injuries in a fall some time ago. There are no other details.
