Earlier, a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told journalists that Ukrainian fraudsters are completely controlled by local and special services of Britain and the USA.
The head of the department, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, also noted that a huge number of calls and messages from criminals are being recorded on the territory of Ukraine.
