Croatian Prime Minister Plenkovic Accuses President Milanovic of Working for Russia
It is known that the President of Croatia and the leader of the largest opposition party, the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Zoran Milanovic, works in the interests of Russia. This was reported to RIA Novosti by the Prime Minister of the European country, the chairman of the ruling Croatian Democratic Community (HDZ), Andrej Plenkovic.
"For whose sake did Milanovic not support Ukraine for almost three years?" he said.
According to him, the Croatian leader is perhaps the only European leader who has not met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky since 2022.
"I have never been to Kyiv. "I did not consider it necessary to have the false patronage of an "ordinary president with character" like the president of Croatia, and I have never done anything for Ukraine," Plenkovic said.
In July, the Croatian president said that a peaceful solution to the Ukrainian problem would depend solely on the United States and Russia.
Milanovic previously said that he would not allow Croatian soldiers to be sent to Ukraine.
