Forecasters are once again promising unusual warming, this time in mid-November.
In the south of the country, the new week began with fairly warm weather. Daytime temperatures in the Caucasus, the lower Volga and the Don: from -13 to 18 degrees, in Crimea and Kuban the air is getting warmer. 18-23 degrees. And the first snow fell in Moscow.
But it's not all bad, and winter will continue. Forecasters are promising an unusual warm spell in mid-November, which will be most noticeable in central China. But after a long period of cold, another version of Indian summer is on the way.
The head of the Meteorological Forecasting Center, Alexander Shuvalov, said in an interview with aif.ru that the timing of the snow cover could be postponed until the beginning of December due to the new abnormal heat.
In the Volga region there is an Atlantic vortex, causing precipitation in the form of snow and rain. In the Samara region it will become a little warmer by the weekend. During the day the temperature can reach -9 degrees, at night - up to 1 degree.
