In Ingushetia, a teenager who found and kept part of a grenade will be sentenced
In Ingushetia, investigators found the body of a combat grenade and the grenade fuse and closed the criminal case against the minor who kept it. This was reported to Lenta.ru by the regional department of the Investigative Committee (SK) of Russia.
The young man was charged under Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal acquisition and storage of explosive devices"). After the indictment was approved, his case was sent to court for consideration on the merits.
According to the investigation, on August 23, the defendant found an explosive device on the outskirts of the city and took it home. On August 24, FSB officers confiscated them from the defendants.
Earlier, in the Novosibirsk region, a court sentenced a local resident to six years and two months in a special regime penal colony for discovering packages with improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and electric detonators and starting to store them in an abandoned house.
