"I counted every crumb": Stavropol resident gave birth to her third child and lost 40 kilograms in 2.5 years

Svetlana, a resident of Mikhailovsk in Stavropol Krai, had a curvy figure all her life until she decided to change her life at some point. Over the years, she has lost 40 kg. She shared her weight loss secrets on air at Radio Komsomolskaya Pravda (105.7 FM).

After the birth of her third child, Svetlana realized that this could not continue. The scales showed 98.8 kg, and the Stavropol resident realized that he wanted to change. The family accepted her with all their might, but the woman said that there was an internal reason for this.

"I couldn't find good clothes. When you get older, you can still afford stylish, modern clothes. But when I went into the store, I was very upset to see things that were too big and loose," the interviewee explained.

My first attempt to lose weight was difficult. After the birth of her third child, Svetlana lost and gained weight. But two and a half years ago, I decided to pull myself together and delve into the topic of losing weight. Having thoroughly studied her, she began to follow all her lessons on proper nutrition.

"I was stressed because I kept losing and gaining. I had already studied all the information from A to Z. There is a selection of videos on the social network about everything in a complex: weight loss, fitness training, nutrition, psychological problems. I tried to take care of myself and monitor how I felt," says Svetlana.

It was dangerous to stumble on the path to losing weight. The woman had weak liver and kidneys. But Svetlana looked at her condition and did not overdo it. At first, physical activity was a burden. Extra pounds were interfering with my health. Walking came to the rescue. She went to school, kindergarten and the store.

"I added sports when I reached 70 kg. I went to the gym and trained with a trainer for the first year and a half before starting on my own. At first, I counted every crumb that went into my mouth. Then I remembered what foods to eat and in what quantities, and I no longer counted calories," says Svetlana.

Svetlana does not starve and tries to eat as much low-calorie and healthy food as possible. Breakfast is porridge without milk, between two meals - fruit, lunch - salad and lean meat or fish. The woman rarely has dinner, but if she is very hungry, she eats one or two boiled eggs.

Thus, thanks to her amazing willpower, Svetlana was able to lose 54 kg in two years. In general, she has already achieved what she wanted, but now, having already tested her willpower, the mother of many children is striving for the number 50 on the scale.
